WELCOME

HI, I'M NATASHA.
As a psychotherapist and clinical hypnotherapist with 17 years of experience, I specialize in the people who appear to have it most together. I work with leaders, founders, and high-achievers who are driven and accomplished, yet quietly exhausted by the invisible weight they carry.
I believe we arrive in this world whole, but over time, we take on life's conditions and the noise of other people's needs. We perform, comply, and carry what isn't ours until that burden becomes impossible to ignore, and something underneath finally asks, is this it?
My work is not about becoming someone better, but returning to who you always were. Together, we move beneath the perfectionism and people-pleasing to heal the parts that were never yours, allowing you to finally exist exactly as you are.

What changes
Most people who come to me don't arrive in crisis.
They arrive quietly. Competent on the outside. Carrying something they've never quite been able to name on the inside.
They've done the work. Built the career. Made the sacrifices. And somewhere along the way — without ever deciding to — they became very good at being someone the world needed them to be.
What changes when we work together isn't your ambition. It isn't your drive. It isn't the sharp, capable person everyone around you relies on.
What changes is the cost.

YOU STOP MAKING DECISIONS FROM A PLACE OF FEAR DRESSED UP AS STRATEGY.
The ones driven by needing to prove something. By not wanting to be found out. By keeping everyone else comfortable at your own expense. They get quieter. The decisions that come from clarity from knowing who you actually are get louder.
THE GAP BETWEEN WHO YOU ARE IN PUBLIC AND WHO YOU ARE IN PRIVATE BEGINS TO CLOSE.
Not because you become more guarded. Because you become more real. The performance the one you didn't even know you were giving starts to cost you less.
THE RELATIONSHIPS CLOSEST TO YOU BEGIN TO FEEL DIFFERENT.
Not because the people changed. Because you stopped being somewhere else while you were with them. Presence is one of the first things high achievers lose. It's one of the first things they get back.
YOU STOP WAITING TO BE FOUND OUT.
The quiet dread that you're one moment away from being seen, really seen, loses its grip. Not because you convince yourself it isn't there. Because you finally understand where it came from. And realise it was never about the success at all.
SUCCESS STARTS TO FEEL LIKE YOURS.
Not a performance you have to maintain. Not a standard you have to keep hitting to earn the right to exist. Yours. Built by you. Belonging to you.
This is not about becoming someone better.
It is about returning to who you always were — beneath everything the world asked you to carry.

A DIFFERENT KIND OF WORK
Most people who've tried therapy before found it useful up to a point.
They talked. They understood. They left with insight they couldn't quite translate into anything that changed.
What I do goes deeper than that.
I work at the level where the patterns live. Not the behaviour you can see — the belief underneath it that's been running the show since long before you were aware of it. The part that decided, somewhere along the way, that love was conditional. That rest had to be earned. That the real you wasn't quite enough.
That is where the work happens.
It is precise, it is deep, and it is not always comfortable. But it is the difference between understanding why you do something — and no longer needing to.
I bring 17 years of clinical experience, psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, and therapeutic coaching into every session. Not as separate tools but as a single integrated approach shaped entirely around you.
This is not a programme you follow. It is a process that follows you.

ABOUT
I've spent 17 years working with people who are exceptional at everything, except being honest with themselves about what it's costing them.
My work sits at the intersection of psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, and therapeutic coaching. It is precise, integrative, and designed for people who need more than talk therapy can offer.

READY TO BEGIN?
If you've read this far, something here resonated.
That recognition, that quiet sense of this is me, is usually the thing that's been missing. The feeling that someone understands what it costs to be you.
The first conversation is straightforward. No pressure, no commitment. Just an honest conversation about where you are, what you're carrying, and whether working together makes sense.
That is where everything starts.
